For our standard online courses, we offer a satisfaction guarantee with the following conditions:
- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your course purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
- Course Progress Limitation: To be eligible for a refund, you must not have completed more than 25% of the course content (measured by lessons viewed).
- First-Time Purchases: This refund policy applies to first-time purchases of a specific course. Repurchases of the same course are not eligible for refunds.
Premium and Specialized Courses
For our premium, mentor-led, or specialized courses:
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Due to the limited availability and personalized nature of these courses, refunds must be requested within 7 days of purchase.
- Course Progress Limitation: You must not have completed more than 15% of the course content or participated in more than one mentor session.
- Documented Reason: We may require a brief explanation of why the course did not meet your expectations.
Subscription Plans
For subscription-based access to our course library:
- Pro-rated Refunds: We offer pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of your current billing period if requested within the first 7 days of a new subscription or renewal.
- No Refunds for Past Billing Periods: We do not offer refunds for completed billing periods.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but this will not generate a refund for the current billing period unless requested within the first 7 days.
Conditions for Refund

Non-Refundable Items

- Downloadable Resources: Digital assets, templates, and downloadable resources that can be accessed immediately after purchase.
- One-on-One Mentoring Sessions: Individual mentoring sessions that have already taken place.

- If we cannot resolve the technical issue within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a full refund regardless of the standard refund timeframe.
Course Discontinuation
If a course you've purchased is discontinued before you've had a reasonable opportunity to complete it:
- We will provide at least 30 days' notice before removing access.
- You may be eligible for a partial refund based on the portion of the course you haven't completed.
- Alternatively, we may offer a credit toward another course of equal or lesser value.
Medical or Personal Emergencies
In cases of documented medical emergencies or exceptional personal circumstances that prevent you from completing a course within the access period:
- We may extend your access period at no additional cost.

- Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Refund Method
