Course Enrollment and Access

By purchasing and enrolling in our courses, you acknowledge that:

• Access to courses is personal to you and cannot be shared or transferred to others
• You will not share your login credentials with any third party
• You will not copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display course content without our express permission
• Access to courses may be limited to a specific time period as indicated at the time of purchase
• Technical requirements (hardware, software, internet connection) for accessing courses are your responsibility

User-Generated Content

Our Site may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Site, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting Content on or through the Site, you represent and warrant that:

Intellectual Property

Site Content

The Site and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of 3D Modeling Academy and its licensors. The Site is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of 3D Modeling Academy.

Course Materials

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, images, and other content provided as part of our courses, are the property of 3D Modeling Academy or its content creators. These materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

When you purchase a course, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes only. You may not:

• Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any course materials
• Use the course materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the course materials
• Transfer the course materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

User Submissions

For projects and assignments submitted as part of courses:

• You retain ownership of your original work
• By submitting work, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your submission for educational and promotional purposes
• We may feature exceptional student work in our marketing materials, portfolio, or social media (with attribution)

Site Rules and Conduct

Community Guidelines

When participating in forums, comments, or other community features, you agree to:

• Be respectful to other users and staff
• Not post discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Not spam or post commercial solicitations
• Not disrupt discussions or create a negative environment
• Not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

Moderation

Termination

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
